Therapy for emerging adults
Guided by beliefs in:

Being human
People are not broken, nor need fixing. Instead, individuals matter, a person’s rich experiences matter, and your unique voice matters.

Equity
Diversity in race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, aspects of self, and lived experiences are important.

Growth
We get stuck sometimes, but by working together and using our resources, we can grow.
